📦 Order Processing Time

• China warehouse orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• US warehouse orders may require 2–5 business days processing time.

🇨🇳 China → 🇭🇰 Hong Kong / 🇲🇴 Macau / 🇹🇼 Taiwan
• All shipments are sent via SF Express.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.
• Hong Kong & Macau customers may use SF Locker / SF Station (please enter the correct pickup code or full address at checkout).
• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days from our Guangzhou warehouse.
• Delivery may be delayed by 1 business day during weekends or public holidays.

🇺🇸 USA → 🇭🇰 Hong Kong
• Orders are shipped via SF Express, USPS, UPS, or other suitable international carriers.
• Processing time: 2–5 business days.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days depending on customs clearance.
• Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

• Orders are shipped via Amazon, USPS, UPS, or other local carriers.
• Processing time: 2–5 business days.
• Estimated delivery within the United States: 3–7 business days.
• Estimated delivery to Canada: 5–12 business days.
• Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

🌍 China → Other International Destinations
• Orders are shipped via postal services or other suitable carriers with tracking provided.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–28 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• If your package is not delivered within 90 days, we provide a full refund guarantee.
